The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires all REALTOR® members to complete Fair Housing training. New members must complete a two-hour course upon joining, and existing members must complete a two-hour course every three years. This requirement aligns with the Code of Ethics training cycle, running from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027
